Breathing new life into a unique Care Home - Live Project
QCL has been appointed as the principal contractor for the Kilsby Residential House Project - managing the extensive remodelling and refurbishment of this existing, historic, care home (use class C2).
Responsibilities include new and modified fenestrations, a first-floor front extension, replacement maintenance building, a new single-story sensory garden room, comprehensive hard and soft landscaping across the site including a rear sun terrace and boundary treatments.
