Giving new life to an old property
When a returning customer to Qualis asked us to revamp a rental property in preparation for a new tenant we were more than happy to take it on.
The property before its renovation was old and dated and needed a good revival. When we sat down with the client and they laid out some basic ideas of what sort of finish they liked but were more than happy for us to take the reins with what we thought would work.
We installed new heaters, a stunning Porcelanosa bathroom, brand new oak veneered doors with modern handles and had fresh carpets fitted throughout. Once the property had its final coat of paintwork, we handed over the keys to the client they were more than happy with the finished product.
