Double storey cottage extension with additional ground-floor lounge.
This project involved the construction of a double-storey extension, incorporating a new ground floor snug/lounge. On the first floor, Qualis undertook a substantial internal reconfiguration to create two exceptional bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite shower room.
The project had highly specific requirements for interior fit and finish. Qualis designed, manufactured, supplied, and installed two sets of bespoke wardrobes, a custom media wall, stair upgrades, and several pieces of tailored fitted furniture - including a secret bookcase operated by fingerprint recognition. All bespoke elements were crafted in our in-house workshop based in Warwickshire.
Additional works included the construction of an independent rear boot room/porch, external courtyard landscaping, and the installation of luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring throughout.
